Cancellation and Refund 

  1. Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their order within 5 days hours of placing it. After this period, There is 30 days cancellation and refund of your money after our CRM software purchase.

  2. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team at mail@procrmsales.in or +919664499066. with their order number and cancellation request. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellations made within the specified period.

  3. Cancelled Orders: If an order is successfully cancelled within the allowed timeframe, any payment made for the order will be refunded according to our refund policy.

    Refund Policy        

  1. Refund Eligibility: Customers are eligible for a refund if they cancel their order within the specified cancellation period 30 days

  2. Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must follow the steps outlined in our refund policy. This includes contacting customer support, returning the item and providing proof of purchase.

  3. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
